Camp Fete – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or accommodation package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Admission

  • This ticket must be presented upon arrival (digital or printed).

  • Entry requires a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Event details, schedules, and programming are subject to change without notice.

 

2. Accommodation Options

Cabins & Huts

  • Cabin and hut purchases include access for the specified number of nights selected at checkout (Saturday only or Friday & Saturday).

  • Each purchase includes the number of entry bracelets specified in the ticket details.

  • Check-in: Friday at 3:00 PM (for 2-night stays)

  • Check-in Saturday at 11:00AM (for a 1-night stay) 

  • Checkout: Sunday at 11:00 AM

  • A valid ID matching the purchaser’s information is required at check-in.

  • The purchaser must be present at check-in.

  • Cabin and hut reservations may be transferable only with prior written approval from the event organizers.

Tents (Camping)

  • Tent/camping tickets grant access based on the selected date(s).

  • All tent tickets are strictly non-transferable.

  • A valid ID matching the purchaser’s information is required for entry.

  • The original purchaser must be present.

 

3. Wristbands & Access

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.

  • Lost or removed wristbands can be replaced at a 10$ fee.

  • Access is limited to the areas permitted by your ticket type.

 

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Camp Fete reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.

  • All attendees participate at their own risk.

 

5. Liability

  • Camp Fete is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event.

 

6. Changes & Cancellations

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Camp Fete reserves the right to modify event details as needed.

  • Tickets remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organizers.
